Our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your appointment will result in the card on file being charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. This is non-refundable.
A no-show appointment will result in the card on file being charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. This charge is non-refundable. VIVO Beauty Bar reserves the right to reschedule all or some of your appointment services if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. If services are rescheduled, you will still be charged 50% of the original services cost. This ensures VIVO Beauty Bar can serve the next, punctual client on time.
