  • Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin to encourage its natural renewal process. VAMP™ is incorporated topically into the treatment, allowing its blend of skin-supporting ingredients to complement the microneedling experience.

    The combination focuses on improving overall skin quality, hydration, texture, and radiance rather than changing your facial structure or adding volume.

  • PDRN, or polydeoxyribonucleotide, is a DNA-derived ingredient used in VAMP™ as part of its skin-rejuvenating formulation. VAMP™ combines PDRN with hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals to support hydrated, healthy-looking skin.

  • A topical numbing agent is typically used before microneedling to help keep you comfortable. You may feel light pressure, vibration, or sensitivity as the device passes over the skin.

  • Some temporary redness, warmth, sensitivity, or mild swelling is normal following microneedling. Your skin may feel similar to a mild sunburn initially, and some dryness or flaking can occur as it recovers.

    Your VIVO provider will give you personalized aftercare instructions and guidance on when to resume your normal skincare routine.

  • Both treatments pair microneedling with an added skin-rejuvenating component, but the biggest difference is what's being incorporated into your treatment.
