Beauty Bar Disclaimer :
All services are subject to price adjustment based on an individual consultation, time, complexity and amount of products used.
All services can be scheduled by calling the salon at 234-303-6780. Appointments or cancellations will not be accepted over Facebook or Instagram direct message.
Booking + Cancellation Policies :
It is required that a credit card is kept on file in the event of late-cancellations or missed appointments. VIVO Beauty Bar accepts Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Sorry, no AMEX.
Cancellations must be made 24-hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24-hours of your appointment will result in the card on file being charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. This is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy :
A no-show appointment will result in the card on file being charged 100% of your scheduled service cost. This charge is non-refundable.
Return Policy :
VIVO Beauty Bar reserves the right to reschedule all or some of your appointment services if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. If services are rescheduled, you will still be charged 50% of the original services cost. This ensures VIVO Beauty Bar can serve the next, punctual client on time.
No two sales, discounts or promotions can be redeemed at the same time. One per person, per visit.
VIVO Beauty Bar does not accept returns, only exchanges. Retail items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with no damage and original tags intact. VIVO Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product is damaged or not in original condition.

What forms of payment can I pay my Beauty Bar tab with?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Sorry, no Amex. Tips are accepted via credit card upon checkout, cash or Venmo.
Where should I park?
There is a public parking lot directly across the street from VIVO as well as directly behind the salon. Street parking is currently unavailable due to South Front St. getting a well deserved makeover!
How does pricing work?
At VIVO, we believe your hair is as unique as you are. That’s why our service prices are listed with a “starting at” rate. For the most accurate estimate tailored to your hair goals, we encourage you to book a complimentary consultation with one of our talented Beautytenders. Final pricing may vary based on factors like time, hair length, and the specific products needed to achieve your desired look

Please note: we do not schedule or cancel appointments through email or social media (including Facebook or Instagram), as these channels are not monitored for time-sensitive requests. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Without one, we’re unable to hold your reservation.
Do you offer Giftcards?
Yes—we offer gift cards! You can purchase them in person, by phone, or online for your convenience. Click here to order a giftcard online anytime.
We’re happy to email your gift card directly to you or to a recipient of your choice—just let us know your preference!
Please note: Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or honored, so we recommend treating them like cash.
Can I purchase products at the Beauty Bar?
Yes, we offer a selection of high-quality hair care products for purchase in salon. Your Beautytender is well versed in the professional lines we carry and can recommend products that suit your hair type and styling needs, ensuring you can maintain your look at home.
Will you remind me about my appointment?
As a new client you have the option to opt into text and/or email appointment reminders. Once you opt into this feature, you will receive notifications via your chosen channel to confirm and remind you of your appointment. If you aren't sure that you're signed up to receive these reminder notifications please let us know and we can help you get it set up.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Thinking about a major transformation—or simply not sure where to start? We recommend booking a consultation before your first appointment and always welcome inspo pics! (Beware of AI generated photos, we understand sometimes it's hard to tell what's real and what is AI generated)
Whether you’re exploring new options for hair, nails, or spa services, our expert team will take the time to understand your needs and help you choose the treatments that best suit your goals, lifestyle, and unique features.
For color appointments or more complex services, your stylist will guide you through the process and help you schedule the perfect follow-up.
What should I do if I know I am running late?
If you’re running behind for your appointment, please call us at (234) 303-6780 as soon as possible. Our front of house Beautytenders will check in with your hair, nail, or spa Beautytender to see if we’re still able to accommodate your full service.
We’ll always do our best to make it work - however, please note that our grace period for client arrival is 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
To secure the date and time that works best for you, we recommend booking your next appointment before you leave the Beauty Bar.
If you’re a first-time guest or have specific availability, we suggest scheduling at least one to two weeks in advance. Many of our Beautytenders remain booked out for 4-6 weeks so we recommend snagging your spot as soon as possible to guarantee your appointment.
For those with a more flexible schedule, same-day appointments may be available—just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
I am interested in hair extensions. What's the first step?
We’d love to help you achieve the look you’re dreaming of! Start with a complimentary consultation so your Beautytender can walk you through the options, answer any questions, and determine the best approach for your hair type, lifestyle, and goals.
Because our extensions are fully customized, we’re unable to provide pricing over the phone. Your Beautytender will give you a personalized quote during your consultation.
Do you offer acrylic nails?
We do not offer acrylic nail services. Our Nail Beautytenders offer services using regular polish, gel polish, or structure gel.
